I started The Soul Kitchen because soul food is more than a meal to me- it's a memory. I grew up in a home where the kitchen was the heartbeat of the family. The smell of seasonings in the air meant comfort. It meant love. It meant we were together.
As life got busy, I realized families were gathering around the the table less and less. So I created seasonings that make cooking easier, faster, and more soulful- so families could get back to doing what matters most: sharing a meals, talking, laughing, and reconnecting.
